In 2019, the Grupa Azoty Group posted consolidated revenue of PLN 11.3bn (up PLN 1.3bn year on year), EBITDA of PLN 1.4bn, and EBITDA margin of 12.6% (up 4.9pp year on year). It was a record-breaking year for the Group in terms of its top-line performance and ongoing key capex projects.

Grupa Azoty would like to warn its trading partners of fraudulent attemps to obtain payments. Scammers impersonating Grupa Azoty employees send a message notifying a change of bank account details and fake invoices to the company’s trading partners.

The Grupa Azoty Group reported consolidated revenue of PLN 2,564m for the third quarter of 2019, an increase of PLN 239m year on year. Revenue for the first nine months of 2019 reached a record level.

High gas prices and volatility of the weather as well as growing urea imports affected Grupa Azoty's results in the first quarter. Very good results in Plastics and Pigments, efficient management of nitrogen, coordination of renovation policy allowed to minimize the impact of negative market trends.

On 17 May 2018, the Supervisory Board of Grupa Azoty S.A. adopted resolutions on the appointment of the company's management board for the eleventh term.

On November 23rd, Air Products, one of the largest suppliers of industrial gases in Poland, and Grupa Azoty Zakłady Azotowe Kędzierzyn S.A. of the Grupa Azoty Group, the second largest manufacturer of mineral fertilizers in the European Union, signed a long-term oxygen and nitrogen supply contract. Valid until the end of 2035, the contract is a continuation of the companies’ cooperation, dating back to 1997. By signing the contract, Air Products strengthens its position of a leading supplier of industrial gases for the key branches of Polish industry.
