In this 10^th Ranking of Socially Responsible Companies 2016, Grupa Azoty S.A. ranked 22^nd, having moved up one place. Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY ranked 27^th, having advanced from its 53^rd place a year earlier.

 In the ‘industrial and chemical production’ sector ranking, the Tarnów-based company ranked fifth, having outperformed some of its major sector competitors, such as Toyota Motor, Manufacturing Poland and Grupa Górażdze Cement S.A. Grupa Azoty PUŁAWY ranked 8^th, ahead of Volkswagen Motor Poland, BASF Poland, Anwil and many other major players.  The Ranking of Socially Responsible Companies is the only list of companies operating in Poland ranked for the quality of their Corporate Social Responsibility management. It allows companies to compare their performance in various areas of corporate social responsibility, and is a valuable tool that helps them systematise and develop their CSR strategies.
