In connection with the above, the composition of the management board is as follows:

• dr Wojciech Wardacki - President of the Board,
• Paweł Łapiński - Vice President of the Board,
• dr Grzegorz Kądzielawski - Vice President of the Board,
• Witold Szczypiński - Vice President of the Board,
• Mariusz Grab - Vice President of the Board,
• Artur Kopeć - Member of the Board.

In addition, the Supervisory Board confirmed the validity of the election of a candidate for a member of the board elected by the employees of the Company, held on March 22 to April 11, and acknowledged the election of Mr. Artur Kopcio as a candidate for the board member of the company's 11th term.

Mr. Mariusz Grab from May 23, 2016 is the president of the board of Grupa Azoty Police Service Sp. z o.o. Previously, he was proxy and deputy director of Żegluga Szczecińska sp. z o.o., vice president and then president of Polish Radio - Regional Broadcasting Station in Szczecin and academic teacher at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Szczecin University of Technology. He graduated from the Faculty of Computer Science at the Szczecin University of Technology and postgraduate pedagogical studies at the Szczecin University of Technology.

Resolutions on the appointment of management board members shall enter into force on 17 May 2018.
